Employee drug use on the job - Shoney's

Witnessed a woman employee with a name tag that had Ellie Schwartz smoking marijuana while on break in the parking lot in her vehicle with windows down and the smell was everywhere. I will never eat at that Shoneys in owensboro again and do not recommend anyone to. I cant believe that there is no employee drug screening where employees serve food to the public. It is hard to believe that the management does not know of this activity. Or maybe they do and just dont care. Totally a very sickining experience.
