Treating employees wrong

My wife works at a mcdonald's in eagle river wisconsin she works hard shows up on time all the time works on her days off but for the last 4 months she been a target with other managers meening she gets yelled at for other managers screw ups she wittness 2 other managers swear at an employee cause of a miss understanding with a customer now my wife got demoted from manager to a crewcheif all becasse a regular employee served off an order which my wife was unwear of at the time cause she was busy making fruit smoothies all of sudden the manager name kara told her that my wife should of known of that witch she didnt cause she was busy with making the smoothie she been a target for everything going wrong in that place even when she has 2 days off when the bull stop on this
