About 2 years a ago we hired American Tax Relief in Beverly Hills to help us remove some penalties, tax liens, and reduce our balances with the State Board of Equalization. I talked to a gentlemen named Paul Franklin who was the representative for this company. He said It would be $6,900 and they would help with all the things I mentioned in my first sentence. They said they was no time line this fee would include taking care of all these penalties until they were resolved. They stopped returning my calls in the fall of 2010. I have tried calling them on a monthly basis but you only get an answering machine that is always full. I basically spent $6,900 for nothing. We could have used that money to pay other bills off. I feel ripped off.
