We hired Power Tax Relief in 2006 after making a honest mistake on our 2005 taxes. They made tons of promises to reduce our tax debt they failed miserably. They made a lame attempt at an OIC with Federal which was denied-we were put on a payment plan for the full amount and have been paying for the past 4 years on it and with penalties and interest we do not see an end in sight for paying them off. They completely ignored state until we were slapped with a lien - the reason they said was because they were working on Federal and they could not work with both agencies at the same time... Which was a huge lie.

After numerous angry calls they put a lame attempt at an OIC to state which was denied because they would not respond to requests. We are still paying on the orignial amount owed to Federal and have been denied an OIC with state with penalties and interests we now owe them 4x the original amount and Power Tax took $5000 from us. I only wish these reports were available when we signed up... I tried to do the research but there were no reports I see now there were many others scammed by them. Do not be fooled by their big words they do not know what they are talking about and Kay Tse the manager will give you all the excuses in the world as to why she does not return your calls/emails. They are liars and theifs

I WOULD WELCOME A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT as they have failed to give us the representation promised.
