This is written as a follow-up to two lengthly, emotional and somewhat incorrect reports previously posted by Sdoyle of Dallas.

It looks like it's all over but calculating the investors' tax losses.

I Stopped by the Ennis (and only) store one afternoon at about five.

While there was still an "open" banner on the roof and a "ive music Fri and Sat" sign out front the place was closed tight as a tick.

No cars in the parking lot, no people inside, no lights on, no unlocked doors.

I wonder why these guys who were so quick to give presentations and issue press releases didn't feel it necessary to share this tidbit with the investing public.
