Karen Vanmeter took my money and did not deliver any of my order, gave me fake tracking no, do not reply to any email

I placed an order with Custom Cake Supplies 6 weeks ago. I have not received my order (was quoted 2-3 weeks to ship to Egypt). Was given a tracking number, when i checked a few days later it appeared as if the shipment is going to ITALY, i contacted Karen Vanmeter only to be told its a glitch in the system and will be corrected in a couple of days,

A week later i check back with USPS site again only to find out that the shipment has been delivered already but also to ITALY, checked back with Karen, threatening that i will report them to Visa international, since i had payed directly with my Credit Card, she still tells me that my package is on the way, I requested a refund, and was told that she will refund me the money if i wanted that, i confirmed that i no longer wish to deal with them and want my money back, its now over 6 weeks later, she no longer answers my emails or even refunded the money. I reported them to Wilton.com just in case, cause it seems that they are using Wilton products to lure people into their site.

Unfortunately I no longer trust any of the sites i find, and will never buy anything except through something like PayPal at least to guarantee getting my money back
