Applebees manager complaint - service

My husband and I were dining at the Applebees in Hutchinson, KS on Friday night, January 14. I ordered the new Steak & Potato Salad, however, I was brought a huge plate full of fresh spinach, a few steak strips and no herb potatoes. The manager on duty was called over. All I wanted was to have half the spinach removed and the herb potates put on but he told me I wouldn't like that as it would be very small. He was not listening to me. He didn't even consider my reasonable request. Food and service was very poor.
