Late arrival, lazy driver, fraudulent delivery fees

I already made a report on this pizza company, and I'm tired of getting free cinnamon pies, and no changing of the same upsetting crap. I've yet to cash in on the last cinnamon pie. So no, I don't want a free cinnamon pie anymore. I wanted you to make me feel like a valued customer. Unfortunately, they've lost a customer already. I ordered a Taco Pizzaat 4:16 PM to be ready and delivered at 9:00 PM. It was 9:06 PM when it arrived, and the pizza was a little cold. She wasn't even standing inside the lobby when I came down, and she called ahead (like they always do) asking me to "come downstairs because she's almost there".

Sorry ms. Pizza driver that I inconvenienced you by actually wanting it delivered. The order note clearly says "KNOCK ON DOOR". I gave you 4 hours, and 44 minutes notice to have my pizza made and have it out to me. I even tipped, hoping for actual delivery service, guess it's just the same old crap, different day. I paid $2.00 for it to be delivered. When you don't deliver after charging a fee for delivery, it's considered a scam.
