Fraudulent charge

I'd dinned in the cafe on Sunday January 9 at approximatley 6:45 PM. Towards the end of my dinner the server (Bianca) offered me a statement that was not mine. I directed this out and was handed the right statement. I had been informed by Bianca to not be worried about the cost. The charge was published to my consideration as impending for 3 times where period is was article like a charge combined with the proper cost. I approached the cafe on January 12 at 1:00 PM at 314-839-4449 and talked to some individual who recognized themselves as Marko and mentioned these were the supervisor. I described the problem to Marko who mentioned he was mentioning me towards the individual who addresses that division. I had been positioned on store for 10 units where moment I stopped the phone call. I created a criticism to O'Charley's Corporate Office online and by telephone and also have not been approached.
