Bad service

My husband and I went to burger king in roanoke va on williamson rd the other day & sat in front of window making sure our food was correct. It was not so we asked the employee to get the correct order; she questioned us but it was on our receipt what we ordered. I dont think i have it now though. She got it and we had to check it again and didnt get our fries; they complained we were there for the maximum time. We are not at all satisfied in our experience there. We go to BK often but will not go to that location again
