Lousy service

Sandwich order was not prepared according to customer's request. No tomatos for a burger that is pictured with tomatos. Cashier made sarcastic remarks about me to another customer when I brought the sandwich back. The sandwich was ordered by an elderly man who walked with a cane. I returned the sandwich for him, and had it remade, according to his request. One employee said we don't do tomatos. I asked why tomatos were shown in the picture (bacon, double meat with lettuce and tomatos, among other toppings). Then she said they were out of tomatos. Poor service, and how can a restaurant run out of food? Thumbs down to this location (5301 Bellaire Blvd., Bellaire, TX).
