Urger king north bend - absolutely the worst ive dealt with

So i spent my lunch sitting behind another car at the drive thru in northbend washington, watching my lunch get passed between the drive thru window and the car. Aout every 2 minutes it would travel from the window to the car and then back again. This went on for about fifteen minutes. I knew it was mine because the driver of the car in front of me could clearly be heard stating, she did not order a chicken sandwitch with no mayonaise add mustard. So by the time i got to the window my sandwitch was cold, the fries were cold, and the response from the manager was "we had a huge mixup" that was it... No im sorry, no hey lets get you some fresh food, no nothing. Im sorry, but when you have so many qualified people looking for work these days, why are we still having to deal with incapable ones. All i know is my family will not see another burgerking for a long time, as well as my freinds, and their friends, and whoever else will listen. This isnt the first time for poor customer service from this location. I guess i should have learned the first time.
