Customer No Service - Recieved Wrong Order and They Wouldn't Fix it

My husband and I went to Zaxby's about a month ago, around 8.30 on a Sunday night. My husband ordered some wings, with bones, and I ordered a sandwich. When we recieved the food, his order was completely screwed up! He got cold, boneless wings and when we tried to get the workers to exchange them, they told us that they didn't have anymore wings w / bones. Now this wouldn't have been a big deal if they had just told us up front - but the fact of the matter is that they told us nothing and gave us no opportunity to change our order because my husband has a personal thing against boneless wings. He complained the entire meal about the wings.

When I contacted Zaxby's, they completely ignored my complaint. Now I know that they must get hundreds of complaints every single day, but that doesn't mean that my complaint isn't valid also.

So I just want to let everyone know, don't go to Zaxby's because they don't believe in giving good customer service. Especially don't go to this location because they have no earthly idea how to treat customers.
