Out of state visit

Survey Code 9000-31011-17024. Took my parents to the location in Oak Brook, IL; they had never been to one. I live in Atlanta and visit the restaurants there 2-3 times a year. I expect a certain level of customer service when I visit The Cheesecake Factory. I was NOT disappointed, our server Adam was polite and personable (the tip I left him reflected that as well). I got the "Buffalo Blasts" and "Chicken Madeira" which was wonderful as always. It speaks volumes that I can travel from Atlanta to Oak Brook and still receive excellent service and food. Thank you for your consistancy!!!
