Have an allergic reaction on their mocha

I actually donot understand how, or using what, McDonald's makes their hot mochas, but I attempted one-over the weekend and had a serious allergic attack. I'm not sensitive to any kind of almonds, etc. However, about 1/3 of the way through the mocha I began sneezing strongly, for five minutes directly, using the greatest split between sneezes being 20 seconds. Our eyes watered and swelled, sinuses swelled up and my neck burned. I believe any strange elements ought to be announced for individuals to determine just before purchasing. I'd prefer to understand how the mochas are created and just what could be inside them to trigger this type of response. I understand it was the mocha, since I have quit consuming it, and also the signs moves after about 45 mins. I got another handful of sips simply to make certain, and sure enough, began sneezing again.
