False advertising - $ sweet tea

Too often, menu items advertised are not available... Employees (peons) will send me away aggravated, agitated and hungry. When we go to a restaurant, we are not seeking substitutions; nor to accept their offer of what i can have. Peons need to know that we are empowered to expose their corruption. I feel we should, can and will exposed their deceit.
