Advertised Menu Items Often Unavailable and Customers Sent Away

Too often, menu items advertised are not available... Employees (peons) will send me away aggravated, agitated and hungry. When we go to a restaurant, we are not seeking substitutions; nor to accept their offer of what I can have. Peons need to know that we are empowered to expose their corruption. I feel we should, can and will exposed their deceit.
