Charges Take Out Tax Charging Take Out Tax

McDonalds in the St. Louis area has started charging Take out Tax, I have not had any other restaurant tack on this tax to my order. I do not know why or when but I know it has been resent. I think this is a huge ripoff to have tha much tax added on to my order. 29 cents for a two dollar order. 92 cents for a $12 order. That's insain when you order dollar menu items. Where did this come from and why was it not advertised.
