Ripoff nasty managment or lack of

Hello, I recently visited our local waffle house and recieved a ladybug in my food. Yucky! Although the waitress was very sorry for the incident, Management made me pay for it.

Not only that but a friend of mine works there... It's the only reason I went back. Now they are taking away her "good" days and hours, Because of unorganized paperwork and numerous other problems. She even bought them a note to excuse her absence, and it was not enough because it did not say why she was out, only that she could return to work... What business is it of theirs' anyway??? Why are they chasing off all of the GOOD employees?
