I was at the Cheesecake Factory in Frisco on August 26 and I experienced the worst service of my life. The waiter was very slow in taking my order, he never brought out the complimentary bread and he could remember the beverage I was drinking. It took about 30 minutes for my order to arrive and on top of that the food was semi-warm.
