King of what? Bad service! - It is more than one thing. Read my comment above

My experience was on the evening of December 5, at the Black River Blvd, Rome, NY restaurant. I have had many problems at this restaurant for the last few months since a certain manager has started. This will be my last time visiting this store. Every single time they have gotten my order wrong. Tonight, I went there and ordered the following: 2 whoppers w/bacon, large double cheeseburger value meal only ketchup, onion rings instead of fries, with a large sprite. Also a chicken kids meal with bbq sauce and a chocolate milk.

I was parked with 6 other vehicles. 2 before me and 4 afterwards in a 15 minute span. And there wasn't any customers inside the restaurant. This is what I recieved 15 minutes later: 2 whoppers, no bacon, but with cheese. Double cheeseburger with everything on it. Fries, no onion rings. And the sprite wasn't clear at all. It looked like the employee started to pour coke first and remembered it was suppose to be sprite.instead of dumping it out, he continued to fill the cup with sprite. Now instead of recieving the chicken kids meal, I recieved a hamburger kids meal. After noticing that my order was wrong, after I pulled away (stupid me), I drove back up to the speaker and told them. When I got to the window, they parked me again. After sitting in my car for 20 min., I entered the store and my order was sitting there on the counter. Now there wasn't anyone in line and the employees and manager were around the corner just talking. I didn't get a "We are sorry" or anything. I was basicly treated that I was bothering them. Now, I left my house at 5:20pm and didn't return home til 6:15pm. I live less than 5 minutes away from this restaurant! I am not a person that complains about everything. This has happened everytime I have visited this restaurant, and this is the 1st time I have complained. I guess McDonalds will be getting the rest of my business, which is only across the street.
