Poor service, kid unfriendly, lousy food

They place a discount within the nearby monthy discount mailer that children eat free Tues and Wed with each paying person. We went inside for lunch so when we described the children eat free, the server stated that was no further great, they currently had lunch deals 5 for 5 which there is no children eat free. Okay, I really could cope with that, however the food stunk, took forever, our beverage spectacles remained vacant for 33 units. I'd not suggest this spot to anybody. DON'T provide the children there. They got me in thru a discount and that I WON'T EVER get there again. I really hope you never get there again.

Steer clear of the fire-side club and grill in Crystal Lake Illinois.
