Rude workers, not prepared to assist with sensitivity problem

Our mother and that I were in Charleston, Sc for the yearly journey. We were staying in the Top Western near downtown, that will be within walking distance to KFC. We chose to get anything fast to consume, therefore we went there. Having a serious sensitivity to nuts, we requested the lady in advance what type of gas they prepare with. After she completed vigrously damaging her mind and altering himself on the chair she was resting on, she looked over us, shrugged her shoulders and stated "I actually donot understand". As she extended to search at her mind, I had been just starting to create my approach towards the doorway when my mother questioned her again and managed to get clear that people were wondering since I'd an allergy. The lady huffed and puffed and yelled (actually screamed) for that supervisor. He strolled in advance, folded his eyes and required, "what??!!" the lady questioned what type of gas do we employ, and he explained really suddenly, "peanut", folded his eyes again, and flung herself around within the path he originated from. The lady behind the table believed to my mother, "nicely, is the fact that that which you desired to understand?!" My mother merely stated "no thanks". We left.
