Horrible Food and Even Worse Manage

Our buddy and me braved the snowstrom of february 10th and visit chinatown to get a good warming supper. Therefore we visited among the many well-lit locations named the Honk Kong Golden Pheonix. The meals we requested was so poor that it made me wish to provide up for grabs. After hardly holding our supper whenever we requested for that bill, we were offered witha major overcharged quantity with oriental characters created all around the bill, detailing nothing.
