Manager at MacDonalds verbaly abusive - bad manage

I just went to the MacDonalds Drive-thru in Summerside Prince, Edward Island, March 5 at 9.10pm and had a very angry Manager shouting to me with my kids in the back seat. I was asked to pull forward by the girl working there, but there was already a car in front of me, so I said "I can't", the next moment this crazy looking, hair shaking, angry manager is shouting to me through the window. I asked her why she was shouting at me? Her respond: "I have a big voice"

People like this should not be working for a restaurant that is suppose to be a happy place.
