Deptford Old Country Buffet Terrible customer service

My girlfriend joined the Old Country Buffet e-club and received an emailed coupon for 1 free adult dinner. When she went to print it it said "already redeemed". I knew this was a mistake so I called the Depford OCB to explain. I fully expected them to say "no problem, come on down, we'll still honor the coupon".
Instead, the nastiest kid I've ever spoken to told me that I must have already used the coupon, basically accusing me of being a liar, an idiot or both. I explained we just received the coupon via email 5 minutes ago so it is not possible that we used it. It simply is not printing. He again accused me of lying. I asked to speak to a manager.
The manager was just as rude as this kid. At this point I had decided we would go to a professionally run restaurant such as The Oxxx Gxxxx, but on principle I wanted them to say they would honor the coupon. After realizing the manager was as rude as his staff I asked for someone higher and was given the district manager.
He identified himself as Channing Williams. To make a long story short I can tell where this store's mentality comes from. Channing was just as rude as the others and told me "go ahead and complain to corporate"
I called corporate and received a voice message that said something like "please leave a message and we will call you back within 2 days". Since we wanted to eat tonight, my daughter's birthday, this was no help.
Just out of curiousity of what would happen I called another OCB in Mays Landing. I was shocked when the manager, Tony, stated "no problem, we'll honor the coupon". He was polite and professional and obviously a smart business man. My family and I went to this OCB and i must say it is a different world from the deptford OCB. Everything is 100% better, the staff, the food, everything. The extra 20 minute drive was well worth it.
I have since talked to someone from deptford who told me if his family goes to an OCB they go to Cherry Hill. He said "everyone in deptford knows the deptford OCB is a dump". Now I also know. If you live in SJ I recommend the mays landing OCB, great food and great service!
Sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company your comments on this policy are welcome!
