Carrabas in Willow Grove, PA has got the toughest customer support I Have actually experienced from the cafe with remove. First, I requested the meat marsala, zucchini chips along with a pizza. After I got home (about fifteen minutes later) I popped the meals to obtain the chips were a congealed glob in the centre of the meal. The pizza was burned to the stage to be dark and peeling down on a single side and totally raw about the other area. Fortunately, my motheris meat was delicious.

So I called the cafe to protest and was informed when I desired to settle a, I Would need to call-back once the location was less-busy or I might maintain but "it may be some time". Whenever a supervisor ultimately responded, they were not slightly apologetic and alternatively explained that they were hectic of course if I needed to return, they'd try again.

In the place of operating along with other fifteen minutes back and fifteen minutes house before I really could consume, they provided me gift vouchers. Although which should resolve the issue, they never delivered any gift vouchers. This went from being among my personal favorite cafe to some location I'll never purchase from again.
