Wedding cake rip off

My daughter got married Oct 17, we had saved and planned and spent tons of money. She chose Whitmans to do her cake, against my better judgment. She had 2 consultations with them.
When wedding day arrives, someone called to see when cake would be ready, and they say they just do not know because they have been "slammed" by a festival in town. Not a worry my daughter should have on this special day! Finally it is done, leter than promised and it is picked up.
First, the cake was supposed to be square, it was round. Second, it was lop-sided, no matter which way we turned it, could not make it look straight. Third, it was supposed to have brown dots, they were butterscotch colored and not uniform in size. The grooms cake was supposed to be strawberry, it was yellow. Both cakes were dry and tastless, like they were baked days ago.
They have been unapologetic, rude and ugly! We spent $500 on these cakes, boy did we ever get taken.
There were over 200 guests at the wedding and we told everyone who asked that Whitmans did the cake.
I would love to tell people that Whitmans made it right but cannot do that! ~ They have even hung up on us several times.
I will never darken the door of this place again! And I will let all my friends know how we have been treated.
