Missing items - rip off

Just this morning 0645 9 Jan 09 I was shorted part of my order in the drive thru. This could have been an honest mistake if it had not happened too many times before. I quit going to McDonalds in Bullhead city, Az for almost a year because of previous shortages that the manager chose ignore. We are hearing how well McDonalds is doing in these trying economic times, could it be because they are charging us for items we don't get?
