Disappointed in dinners

Recent decades my spouse and that I have loved the Prime Rib at Hungry Hunter in Lafayette, and create a point-of heading there for the Wedding and Birthdays. Nevertheless, on July 2nd we were really unhappy. Your Mediterranean-uncommon Prime Rib was over-done, or pre cooked and heated-up, and our carrots were undercooked. The support was exemplary; the treat elegant, however the supper wasn't pleasant whatsoever. Another pair reported also. Is there an issue with that area, fresh cook? Or anything... It had been my spouseis 72nd special birthday; I actually donot believe we are returning.
