Hostess seating

Shop 146 We regular Bob Evans 2 to 4 times per month. On 7-5-09 at 9A.M. We walked in and asked the hostess to seat us with Trish (our favorite waitress). She looked over the channels, returned and placed us. A couple of seconds later another server found our desk. I inquired if Trish would delay on-US. She stated her stop should have been full could it be okay easily delay you? Originally I mentioned okay and he or she offered us caffeine. As she strolled away I began to believe why didn"t the coordinator reveal Trish was not available and provide us the choice to hold back untill she'd anything accessible? I wound up speaking using the supervisor and he or she did provide us Trish and shifted our desk. The main reason I'm voicing problem is basically because the coordinator lacked conversation and neglect for that clients desires. Just wished to reveal these details. Thanks, incidentally Trish is definitely an exceptional worker/server!
