I have been to the restaurant a few times now and have always been pleased. The place looks pretty amazing inside. HOWEVER, I just finished dinner there and will never go back. Everything was great up until my diet coke got refilled. When Robert brought it back to me I took a couple drinks and thought I had ice in my mouth so I bit down and quickly found out I was mistaken. I spit it out to find a light brown roach with a deflated looking rear section had been in my mouth and its guts had been expelled when I bit down.

I showed Robert, who acted very casually about the whole thing. He said sorry a total of two times. The owner was there and never spoke to me but was "gracious" in giving me $1.51 for the price of the drink. Robert then brought out my to go order and I told him there was no way I was going to eat it and I'd like to speak to the owner. I told him I shouldn't have to ask. With some back and forth with Robert, the owner never came to me and refused to refund the uneaten to go order or even offer an apology through Robert.

The end result is I got roach guts in my mouth, a half hearted apology from the waiter, no remorse from the owner apparently and had to pay for food probably mixed with more roaches. Robert did say they sprayed and "find new homes". So that's good, at least he acknowledges the problem. This was a terrible, disgusting and patronizing way for the owner to behave. The disrespect despite my calm demeanor was extremely surprising. I haven't ever been treated so poorly and disrespectfully. Disgusting.
