After paying extremely high interest to Robert k. Dick, (who since has changed his name to Robert Jen Karl) we refinanced the loan with a cash out, Robert would not give the payoff amounts, Until we disclosed what our appraisal was. When we finally did tell him, he took all the cash we were suppose to receive with the cash out. Robert has never given us a proper accounting, and has devastated our lives.
