Overcharging

My husband & i consumed at your location applebee's last sunday 5/30/09—your bill was $26.# and we paid with this bank card. Later that day when we got house i went online to balance your checkbook&i came across that applebee's had taken the $26.# out and $54.# from our consideration. I named the restaurant and asked to talk to a—he explained the waitress had made an error and they had voided it out&effectively she might have told us that before we left the restaurant and granted us the void slide. The kicker is it's weekly later also it still hasn't been released back to my account. The financial institution says that until they have the void it's to be used. Therefore be careful using your bank card anywhere but be sure you check the lender if you are using it at applebee's.
