Store #1160 should be shut down! - customer service

I visited the drive thru at store #1160 this evening, 7-1-09 and had a horrible experience. First the manager was the one who was at the window and was incredibly rude. The manager threw my food at me, rudely insisted I pay and get out of the way, didnt give me half my order and when I said so the rest was thrown at me. And to top it off my kids didnt get the kids meal toys they were promised. Which actually happens more often than not at this location. This was not the first bad experience my family and I have had there but this one just put us over the edge. This had to be the worst experience we've ever had at any restaurant and having a hospitality management degree myself I can tell you right now the manager at this store should not have a job!
