Hiring Illegal Immigrants

I'm an American Resident n I'm shocked at Arbys marketing hiring Illegal Immigrants. I understand this to become accurate since 4-5 years ago, I caused a ladies called Maria Hernandez at Hardees, Karen quit Hardees to work on Arbys. From time to time thru out the decades I'd visit Arbys and find out Karen operating there. Delayed this past year 2008 Maria Hernandez continued a vacation in Mexico so when she delivered, she returned as Olga Bautista. I had been surprised when a week ago I went in to the Arbys situated at 508 17 Company, Surfside Beach, Sc and Karen was still used there!!! Everybody which was operating there is still calling her Karen but she was today sporting a name-tag with Olga.in these hardtimes I've recognized Americans which have gone into that same Arbys for work but were rejected!!! Can anybody reply me how an American Organization as large as Arbys makes it possible for this case to carry on?
