Stop buying - big mac

I experienced long wait through the drive through, get back home and the burger was hard as a rock. I said NO MORE! I went back and got my money back and said I would not be back ever. People these restaurants aren't going to get the message if we keep buying from them. We work to hard for our money and even more harder during these economic stressfull times to have to put up with this BS service and food. If you are not going to make a stand and stop buying from this company and buy some where else. Then you will just keep getting the food/service that you have began to except from this company.
