Rude drive-thru employee at Davidson Highway location upsets mother

My mother loves coffee and frequents the McDonalds up the street from where we live. And at the one on Davidson Hwy. in Huntersville works one of the rudest guys I've ever met. My mom has drove away before without her order but today he really pissed me off. My mom and step father were ordering coffee and my mom was still looking at the menu to see what she wanted and he said "Your total is $2.73 drive to the first window." But she wasn't done ordering yet so he said again but very rude, "You can go to the first window or you can just sit there and talk." I was stunned. My mother once again drove off without her order. She got her feelings really hurt and I will not stop until he loses his job.
