McDonalds customer service And once again, she drove away upset

My mother loves coffee and frequents the McDonalds up the street from where we live. And at the one on Davidson Hwy.in Huntersville works one of the rudest guys Ive ever met. My mom has drove away before without her order but today he really pissed me off. My mom and step father were ordering coffee and my mom was still looking at the menu to see what she wated and he said "Your total is $2.73 drive to the first window." But she wasnt done ordering yet so he said again but very rude, "You can go to the first window or you can just sit there and talk." I was stunned. My mother once again drove off without her order. She got her feellings REALLY hurt and I will not stop until he looses his job.
