Poor management

We "named forward" at 6:30 and mentioned that people would really like 2 stands. We reached 7. There have been currently about 20 individuals awaiting stands, possibly many who'd also known as forward. Within half time, all the others waiting were placed. We were the only real people quit that hadn't been placed. As new individuals started strolling within the doorway, these were placed instantly! Lastly, at 7:45, we reported towards the supervisor that people had requested for just two stands, named forward, and today we were seeing "walk ins" getting seated quickly. The supervisor mentioned he believed we needed 2 stands together. (How might we actually get 2 stands together if, each time one booth became accessible, somebody was placed there?) We stated that we didn't request 2 stands together, which we'd have now been happy with any 2 stands within the same space. The supervisor was anything-but apologetic, therefore we quit! Chili's administration can use some instruction!
