Debit card fraud! Ripoff business from hell

I was charged 48.04 for a burrito! You'll never be able to get a hold of a manager! The employees pretend to not be able to understand english when you ask for manager. When I went to store I was ignored then treated very poorly, when I told the cook who was the one who did my debit transaction that I needed a manager now because I had to go back to work, he replied so!
The cook claims he wasn't working that day. I explained to them that it didn't matter who worked that day it was prob a mistake and they should just put the money back minus burrito. They seemed intent on turning it into a argument and blame game and it was inevitably going to lead to a fight! The manager or someone claiming to be the manager mumbled some bs on my voicemail. Didn't even leave a number! Its sad nowdays the level of service you get today! But it seems to be the norm!
