Manager complaint review

On January 20th, I went to the check out to pay for food purchases with an EBT/food card. The Manager of 310 E. Gunhill Rd., Bronx, NY told me that her registers' were not setup to accept "THAT"card. I ask is there any particular reason. She said, it had always been that way and she walked away — as if she hd said it many times during the day.
On the 23rd. I bought a few thing and paid with a debit card. To my surprise the POS asked - if I would be paying debit, credit, EBT/food.

I am very insulted. I am a Senior Citizen, hard working American who became ill and unable to work. How dare she profile me or any customer..
I no longer feel comfortable shopping at this location. Corzella does not represent the level of customer service or behavior - I have associated with your stores.
I will be glad to speak with you about this disgraceful lack of humanism.
