McDonalds Restaurant
Off-Clock Employees Working, Dirty Store and Rude Manager in LaVale MD

Supervisor was allowing 3 crew members work off the clock. Trish the supervisor was not on the floor, had 3 young gentlemen (one was named Justin) working in street clothes taking orders, and filing them as well. One individual I think his name was Chris, also took orders.

The store was in utter shambles, there was food on the floor. The drink station was not stocked. Had to wait on food. Grill area was not clean, whole store look as if the garbage exploded. Bathrooms were utterly disgusting. This was a new restaurant, that should be cleaned. Worst ever, McDonalds I have seen. The manager was rude and not helpful to her staff. She needs to get off her behind and work. The credit card machine broke, and numerous teenagers were banging on it, the manager sat back and laughed.
