Didn't honor the 5 dollar gift certificate, gave wrong corporate number, very rude

Stopped off to get a bite to eat and didn't receive a receipt I asked for the gift certificate but refused to give it to me. Took my information on a burger king napkin which was very unprofessional. She told me I would receive something in the mail in 2-3 weeks. I asked for the corporate number and she gave me a number which was not in service.
