I recently visited BK and my order was wrong and food cold. I told the manager the problem and politely asked him to remake my burger and asked if I cold get it right off the broiler. He told me no in a very nasty and disrespectful manner and proceeded to tell me that he just bought a $26,000 (approx) warmer and if he remade it that is where it would come from and "this is my house" you dont tell me what to do. He refused to give me corporate's number and then waved me off with his hands and turn his back. I was disrespected, humiliated, in front of my family and customers.
