Stringy gel substance in tea

Refill of unsweetened tea had a gel-like slender material in a number of globs flying in tea. Server Jenn was terrified when I was. IT'S been a horrible expertise that the supervisor blew down by stating she was sorry and consumed the tea every evening but did acknowledge to some "deposit" about the cover! She got the buying price of tea down but at that time my dinner was arising! She assured me it had been cleanse every evening which CAn't be thus! Unsure when WHEN I'll eat there again.
