Oil saturated FF - French Fries

Today I ate at McD in Douglasville Ga on Chapple Hill Rd. The box with the french fries was soaked through to the outside with the oil from the fries. They were "heavy" not crisp, and reeked and tasted of "stale" oil.

When was the last time the oil was changed, last month?
