Terrible experience

What is with your fries? I had lunch at one of your establishments and your fries and and ice coffee. The fries had a aftertaste and the ice coffee was bitter not sweet at all this was not the first time. Look i like your restaurants, but your fries need a a overhaul stop using that grease and sweet your ice coffee or at least put sugar in the bag.
