Credit card tip scam using my credit card, tip, scam consumer fraud ripoff

Like others on this site, after filling out and signing a credit card receipt for a pizza deliver, the deliver person or someone else added a tip to my credit card even though I paid a tip in cash. An additional $4.00 was added to my total. This was done even after I marked a line through the tip space and totaled the voucher.
I called the local Pizza Hut after I found the mistake on my statement and was told that it would be removed from my bill. A week later nothing had happened and I called back again. Again I was told it would be taken of my bill. If it doesn't happen this time I have no choice but to file a credit card fraud complaint against the company.
By the way, I ordered one of their new Chicago deep dish pizzas and it was terrible. The last several times I have ordered from them, their pizza has been dry and overcooked. I will not buy anything from them again.
