Of all the restaurants in this area, we chose to eat at TGI Friday's! WHAT A MISTAKE.

After our 15 yr. Old finished his baseball tournament, we decided to have a nice lunch at this location, where there was lots of air conditioning and nice atmosphere. Our older son and his family joined us, making our accomodation of 7.

Our waiter took our drink order and returned quickly... Going well so far. Then excused himself and said he would be right back. 15 minutes later he returned to take our order. Nothing complicated or special orders were placed. We waited and waited and waited and then to our surprise my daughter-in-laws meal arrives... THAT'S ALL.

The waiter apologizes and proceeds to tell us that the manager will be over to speak to us. The manager appears and apologizes, which was nice. For our inconvenience he offers our family a free dessert!!! Are you kidding, I would like to have my meal. I would say that we waited another 15 minutes and then out comes our food. Needless to say, our baseball player is famished by now. He ordered a caesar salad, chicken strips and fries; what he got was a few fries and a couple of nasty strips; my appetizer was slightly burnt and our older son's hamburger was definately not medium.

I really can't believe that any manager could think that a dessert would off-set the horrible service we received. It was actually an insult. Amr Karar, General Manager of TGI Friday's, you should be ashamed of yourself.

I promise you that we will NEVER eat in a TGI Friday's again, and we will certainly let our friends know of our experience.
