The supervisor within the waffle house (alabaster al) doesn't handle workers similarly. She's her favorites also it truly shows. (although she was placed on the number re-hire checklist, she never quit) she stated she'd been there for 5 years which she'd seniority over me. Thats when she explained that seniority didnt issue at waffle house which were actually you had been required was the change you had been likely to be planned for. I believe the main reason she offered her my change is basically because they're friends and also the woman was coping with her for awhile. That's not right. I load that anything ought to be done about this
