Didn't give the correct food, plus didn't put some of the food in the bag that we paid for

Person took order and repeated it back to us which we corrected a second time asking her for chicken gordita, not beef. Then ordered apple-carmel empanada, which she repeated, and we gave her more orders. When we recieved the order, got home, the gordita was beef, and there was no empanada in the bag, plus they never give sour cream no matter how many times you ask for it. We have tried calling for the last 45min. And they must have the fax machine on because the phone makes a strange ring and no answer. This has happened at this location and at the Chester location on Jefferson Davis Hyw. Not more than 4 or 5 miles apart, and we are sick and tired of it.
